- We do reference this item as a one size fit, although people do come in many shapes and sizes, so the maximum circumference this brace will comfortably fit is approximately 50cm. Anything substantially greater than this will need a specially made-to-measure device at extra cost. Alternatively have a look at some of our other supports of a similar nature and see if any of those might be more suitable.
