Shipping & Returns


  • Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment is cleared. Usually 3 - 5 business days after you place your order. If you need your order within a business day or two, please contact the store on 8203 1313 to discuss.
  • Delivery times quoted and availabilty are estimates only. We accept no liability for failure or delay in delivery of products.
  • Standard freight will be charged. Please contact us for assistance in determining the freight charges applicable to your order.
  • Additional freight charges may apply for Over Size, Urgent / Next Day Delivery, or delivery to Rural or Regional areas. Please contact us for more details.
  • Refused deliveries - we reserve the right to add an additional delivery charge on all consignments which are refused without justification.
  • Alterations to all delivery details must be advised to us within 2 - 3 business days of placing order.



Notice of Damage, Wrong Delivery or Non Delivery

  • Products which have been delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly should be advised by the next business day.
  • Discrepencies in products delivery such as short delivery, incorrect items supplied,or damaged items should be advised by the next business day.
  • Any discrepencies between products received and products invoiced should be advised by the next business day.
  • Any claims made outside this period may not be accepted.



  • To cancel an order that has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If an order has been processed and delivered, please refer to the Request for Credit and Product Returns Policy below.


Request for Credit and Product Returns

  • This refund policy does not apply to products which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken.
  • Products supplied in accordance with your order can only be returned with our approval. Conditions apply.
  • Refunds and Store Credits are at the discretion of Management. B Smart Living Caringbah can only Refund or offer Store Credit on products that are returned in a new and resaleable condition, with a receipt and in original undamaged packaging, within 7 days of purchase. 
  • Where products are accepted for refund or store credit at our discretion, they must be delivered to the store at your expense.
  • There are no returns on Special Orders, non stock items and / or special / customised orders, unless faulty.
  • For health reasons, we may be unable to accept returns on items that can be worn next to the skin.
  • We are unable to accept returns on Underwear, Compression Stockings and Compression garments, or on opened Continence products.
  • No refunds will be paid in cash. Any refunds will be refunded to a debit or credit card.
  • All returns will be subject to a restocking fee unless the return is faulty or due to an error by us.




  • All prices shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. 
  • GST is included, where applicable.




  • Full payment is required on all products before being shipped to you.



Force Majeure

  • We shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to an act of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, governmental restrictions, import or export regulations, industrial disputes and difficulties in obtainig labour or materials. Should any such event occur, we might cancel or suspend this contract without incurring liability for any loss or damage caused.
